Policies

    • Check-in: 4PM
    • Check-out: 11AM
    • At the time of check-in, guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card or debit for incidentals. No prepaid cards may be used for incidentals, but can be used for payment. Cash payment is accepted, but a refundable $200 deposit is required. Must be 21 years or older to rent a room.
    • A partial or full amount of the stay will be charged as the deposit for the reservation. The amount will be charged once the reservation has less than 48 hours until check in time. Remainder is due upon checking in.
    • All reservations much have first and last name, phone number, zip code, and credit card number including CVV code.
    • Cancellation policy – If the reservation is cancelled prior to 48 hours before the first night, no charges will be incurred. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee of the full amount for the first night of the reservation will apply. This includes no-show reservations, which will also be charged the first night of the reservation. If there is a two night minimum required, you will be charged both nights.
    • Pet Policy – Dogs are the only pets allowed. Dogs must be declared ahead of time to ensure we have a pet-friendly room available. There is a $50 fee (per day) for undeclared pets in addition to the regular pet fee. All dogs must be attended to at all times, meaning on a leash when outdoors and not left alone in the room(s). If your pet is found unattended or becomes unreasonably disruptive to other guests, you may be charged a disturbance fee (minimum $50) and/or asked to leave without a refund. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. The pet fee is $15 per dog per night for dogs weighing under 30 lbs, and $25 per dog per night for dogs weighing between 30-60 lbs. No dogs over 60 lbs are accepted. Pet fees will not be waived for emotional support animals or therapy/comfort/companion dogs.

      Per the ADA, if a service dog is required due to a physical disability, no fee will be charged.
      We do not accept pit bulls, rottweilers, and dobermans.

    • Fire Policy – No open flames are allowed in rooms, including fire logs, candles, and incense.
    • Smoking policy – Sailor Jack’s Oceanfront Inn is 100% smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) in the room, on the decks, or on walkways will result in a $200 fine. The $200 fee will be levied for smoking evidence or damage of any kind. Marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on our property.
    • Please note we do not have an elevator for upper level rooms.
