TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Combined state and county lodging tax is currently 13.5%, which is applied to all reservations which are not tax-exempt. Pet fees are also taxed, as the dog(s) are an occupant in the room.

- A pre-authorization charge of the first night stay will be charged 48 hours before your reservation arrival. Any remaining balance must be paid upon checking in.

- We accept children at our property. Children under age 5 will not be charged. Children ages 5 and up will be $10 rate increase per child.

- Please call in advance for any accessibility or special needs requests.

- Parking is on first come basis. Longer vehicles such as RVs, larger pickup trucks (Ford F-350, Chevy 3500, Nissan Titan, etc), and trailers may not fit in our parking lot. Please call in advance to confirm your vehicle will fit, especially if you are planning to stay during a holiday or similarly busy time.

- Guest personal information will never be sold, or exposed to non-hotel staff.

- Liability?

- Any extreme or uncontrollable event (town-wide fires, tsunami, prolonged power outage (longer than a day), etc) will result in reservations being cancelled and advance deposits being refunded. Please allow for additional time for refunds if the power continues to be out.
